My customers cum friends, Seng and Tew just brought Nokia 5800XM and Nokia 5730XM. They cant access to internet, cant send mms!!! Here is the CURIOUS story......
First, I get the setting from Maxis webpage, after save the setting, restart the phone, yet they cant access!!!
Then, I change to use my CELCOM sim card and HOTLINK sim card, SURPRISINGLY... I CAN ACCESS!!!
Then, They put their sim card in their OLD PHONE... THEY CAN ACCESS pulak...
Then, we call MAIXS HELPLINE, they also surprise with SUCH SITUATION.
WE ALL HANG!!! haha... wats the problem??? got hantu???
- their line with old phone - NO PROBLEM
- their line with new phone - GOT PROBLEM
- new phone with my sim card - NO PROBLEM
- new phone with their sim card - GOT PROBLEM

Finally... solve the problem.
Next time, if someone else face the same problem, dun worry... ITS NOT HANTU!!!
Just go to change the sim card...
